IE9 Pin Task

Microsoft finally released its first public beta of its much anticipated browser IE9. The browser is touted to be more faster as compare to others because of its new javascript engine code named: "Chakra".  The UI is also changed a lot and reflects more of Chrome kind of look. Other features are:
1. Full support of HTML 5
2. W3C complaint.
3. New and Fast Javascript rendering engine.
4. Uses GPU for full hardware acceleration.
5. One bar for url and search.
6. Tabs can be directly pinned to the windows task bar and it uses full utilization of jumplist.
7. Favorites icons being displayed for the most visited web sites.

Thumbs up for making such a nice and stable public beta. Hope fully Microsoft may be launching the browser by Jan, 2011. Highly recommended.

To Pin a Website to the Taskbar

NOTE: This option is not available in Vista, and is only available in Windows 7. 


1. Go to Address bar and drag the Picture before the website 



2. Then Drop it to the Taskbar 




To Unpin a Website from the Taskbar

NOTE: This option is not available in Vista, and is only available in Windows 7. 

1. Right Click on the Website and click on Unpin
